It is close to the port of Imi where the Himeshima line Ferry called Kunimi-town, Kunimi-town is the cutting edge of the Kunisaki peninsula of Oita prefecture. The Kunisaki Peninsula is a land that flourished in the Rokugo Manchurian Culture and has an old history of 1,300 years, and it is also a rich historical area dotted with numerous cultural properties and ruins.

It is a castle-like building similar to the wooden two-storied castle tower built by Shigemitsu Ginkokuro as the main building of a brewery, about 140 years ago. Although it was called "a three-storey shop", it was born in April 1997 as "TOUINRYOU".
